Monodraught - The Importance of Solar Control for Natural Ventilation
Fifteen years experience and three years development in
Monodraught’s own R&D Department has created iNVent, an
intelligent Natural Ventilation control system for Monodraught
Windcatcher and Sola-boost systems. iNVent controls up to four
zones and includes connections for temperature, rain, CO2 and
windspeed/weather sensors. Its many features include a BMS fault
alarm, heating interlock/occupancy facility, Fire Service key switch
override and a facility to automatically close dampers in an alarm
condition. There is also a time clock with 5-year battery, short circuit
protection with reset and a manual override facility, all housed in a
compact yet attractive 300mm x 200mm x 50mm tamper proof
enclosure. With its emphasis on ease of operation and installation,
iNVent is purpose-built to control natural ventilation systems and
ensure that ideal environmental conditions are achieved.
